Chelsea fans all over are despairing about what to do with their team after another disappointing result for the Blues.

Another bad performance and bad result had Chelsea fans frustrated on Saturday night, and on the London is Blue podcast there was some serious venting going on.

They hated the way that a shoddy attempt at a pressing system gave Newcastle such an easy chance to score after Chelsea’s good start.

Chelsea focus on “dumbest stuff” but can’t stop simple goal

“They’re focused on the dumbest stuff. The man marking, the missed assignment for Fofana leaves Reece and Trev in a terrible position,” presenter Nick Verlaney said.

“[Newcastle] stride through our entire team, to score the easiest goal you’ll ever score. And they’d barely had the ball at that point in the game. It’s individual mistakes all over the place. It’s dumb yellow cards, still.

“Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. We’ve been up and down all year, I think that’s where we’re gonna be.”

The resignation is soaking in to some of these fans and pundits, and that’s dangerous.
