Serie A side Juventus have parted ways with Dusan Vlahovic, who is now a free agent. But the player has made up his mind about his future.
La Gazzetta dello Sport report that the striker, who has been approached by Besiktas, was in Turkey yesterday to listen to their offer. He also spoke to Vincenzo Italiano at length about their interest but has put the offer from the Turkish giants on hold.
They are offering a wage packet of €10 million per season and a signing-on bonus of €5 million but the playeer is waiting for bigger clubs.
Barcelona and Bayern Munich would, specifically, pique his interest. Atletico Madrid could too, with the Spanish side also in the hunt for a striker. Vlahovic is hoping they step forward for him and there is still a chance Juventus could also join the race. They are waiting in the wings to see how things unfold.
The biggest problem for the 26-year-old is his wage demands and signing-on bonuses. They troubled Juve and they will hold up a move to any big club too, especially as his entourage will also demand a commission.
That is why it makes sense for all suitors to wait too, as Vlahovic could desperately reduce his demands later in the window.
