Bayern Munichโ€™s director of sport spoke to BILD after Jonas Urbigโ€™s crucial mistake in the Bavariansโ€™ 1-1 draw with Union Berlin yesterday.

The 51-year-old boss exemplified the team unity at the club with a very philosophical answer for reporters.

โ€œWe win together, we lose together, and we draw together. You could say we could have defended better against the header.

โ€œWe could have defended the cross better โ€“ a few players were involved in [conceding] that goal, and thatโ€™s frustrating,โ€ he explained.

Regarding the goalkeeperโ€™s confidence, Eberl doesnโ€™t believe it will have a lasting effect on the German youngster.

โ€œNo. After the Leverkusen game he wasnโ€™t saying โ€˜Iโ€™m already thereโ€™. He will have to deal with this the same way now.

"If goalkeepers are involved in goals [conceded], they have to deal with it. Heโ€™s a young player but Iโ€™m not worried,โ€ Eberl explained.

Urbigโ€™s teammate Josip Stanisic revealed that the 21-year-old was livid after conceding late to Benedict Hollerbach.

โ€œHe was furious with himself, which is understandable. I think everyone has made mistakes in their career that led to a goal conceded.

โ€œWe donโ€™t have to bury our heads in the sand โ€ฆ Jonas has done his job very well so far, and one mistake wonโ€™t change that,โ€ the Croatian noted.
