Corinthians face a busy second half off the pitch, with eight women’s team players in the final months of their contracts. The most pressing case is forward Gisela Robledo, whose deal runs only until 31 August and whose renewal has stalled over financial terms.

According to Meu Timao, the club are proceeding cautiously in talks and prioritising Robledo, while sponsorship funds from Fatal Fans are earmarked mainly for debt payments, pausing, for example, any move to bring back Gabi Nunes. Other contracts expire on 31 December. They cover goalkeepers Ana Morganti and Lelê, defenders Agustina Barroso and Thaís Regina, midfielder Vic Albuquerque and forwards Ariel Godoi and Carol Nogueira. All are already free to sign pre-contracts elsewhere.

Coach Emily Lima said renewal planning has been handled internally since she arrived in February, in regular dialogue with women’s football director Iris Sesso. Speaking after the win over Ferroviária in the Paulistão Feminino, she added that squad planning already extends into 2027.

She said staff and directors stay alert to the market and to their own players, and that these discussions are a natural, ongoing process. She stressed the talks remain internal.

With Robledo’s deadline approaching, a resolution on her future is the immediate task. The remaining seven situations are due by year end, making the coming weeks pivotal for the department.
