Erik ten Hag ‘impressed’ by Roma’s training facilities

The presence of Erik ten Hag at the Stadio Olimpico in the match against Juventus did not go unnoticed.

Just as the Dutch manager’s presence at Trigoria made the rounds across Italian news media, documented by the photo with Devyne Rensch, whom he previously coached at Ajax.

According to Corriere dello Sport, it was only a courtesy visit, with no interest from either side.

Ten Hag, who was fired by Manchester United on October 28, is on the hunt for a new bench, which however – barring any surprises – will not be that of Roma.

It is not the first time that a coach has visited the Giallorossi sports center, such as Vincenzo Montella’s visit during Mourinho’s tenure.

However, the former Ajax player is said to have been surprised and impressed by the efficiency of Roma’s training facilities.
