Turkish journalist Ekrem Konur reports that Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur, and Newcastle United all want to sign the 25-year-old. Everton, aware of his growing reputation, have set his price at around €50–55 million.

The Gunners see him as a reinforcement for their wide areas, a position where they often lack depth when injuries strike. For Newcastle United, the appeal lies in Ndiaye’s ability to stretch defences and ease the pressure on Anthony Gordon and Anthony Elanga, who have carried much of the creative load.

Tottenham want him because they lack direct dribblers. Thomas Frank’s side needs an attacker who can beat his marker, carry the ball into danger, and add unpredictability to their play. All three clubs can afford the fee, but none want to overspend.

Meanwhile, Everton are keeping an eye on Takefusa Kubo as a possible signing and have already made an €8 million offer for Nice defender Kojo Peprah. These moves hint that they might already plan for reinvestment.

Everton’s €50–55 million price tag for Ndiaye should spark debate. On the surface, it feels steep for a player who has only recently found his stride in the Premier League. However, the club’s position and financial situation justify a higher figure.

The valuation protects their interest and gives them leverage. Ndiaye’s consistency and ability to play across the front line also increase his market value. From Everton’s point of view, selling a player of his calibre must bring enough funds to strengthen other areas, especially since they are already seeking reinforcements.

For Arsenal or Tottenham, the price might feel heavy unless the Senegal international can deliver the same impact as other proven Premier League forwards. Newcastle, with their growing ambitions, might accept it if they believe his creativity can balance their wings.
