One Chelsea player has detailed what happened at the end of a game recently after the final whistle went and the game was over.
The news comes after Chelsea beat Premier League winners Liverpool 3-1 at Stamford Bridge on Sunday afternoon in what was a fantastic overall performance by The Blues.
Cole Palmer was back in fine form for Chelsea and is one of the reasons that they put in such a good performance, with the stats proving this as well.
Palmer was also involved in Chelsea’s first goal of the game in the opening minutes, as well as some good work by Romeo Lavia and Pedro Neto to setup Enzo Fernandez to provide a lovely finish to get things going.
In the last few games Chelsea have improved a lot, winning the last three in the Premier League and of course they should be heading into the Conference League final tonight.

Tyrique George on his first senior goal:
‘That was good, wasn’t it?’ he says, reliving that memorable moment. ‘To be fair, it felt like slow motion – it was weird. I hit it and I just saw it go in the corner, but when Pedro picked up the ball, I was like, ‘Oh my God, we actually still need to win the game,’ so I just turned around and ran back.’
And on Chelsea fans singing his name:
‘The chant!” he says, smiling at the memory. ‘To be fair, I heard it when I was walking across the pitch at the start of the game. I was just really happy, and obviously to hear it when we won the game was just mad. Everyone was shouting and all the players pushed me to the front, it was a nice feeling. I was just happy; that was a good day. Yeah. I was just trying to keep a little composure – it was good.’
