Former Orlando Pirates striker Kwame Peprah grabbed an assist as his team, Svay Rieng, secured a 2-0 win over Lion City Sailors FC in the ASEAN Championship on Thursday.
Brazilian winger Patrick scored both goals for the Cambodian outfit, with his first goal set-up by the Ghanaian forward in the 51st minute, before completing his brace 13 minutes later.
Despite the win, Peprah's side crashed out of the competition as they sit third in Group B - the same Group as Percy Tau's Nam Dinh, who are at the summit.
Svay Rieng have picked up seven points in four matches, and trail second-placed Malaysian giants Johor Darul Ta'zim with four points, ahead of their last outing.
The top two teams in both Group A and B advance to the knockout stage of the competition to fight for the crown in a four-team knockout phase.
Peprah sealed a move to the Cambodian Premier League in July 2025, putting pen to paper on a deal that runs until May 2026 - this after an exit at Indian Super League side Kerala Blasters.
The former Ghana under-23 international has scored 24 goals and laid seven assists in just 26 matches across all competitions since joining Rieng.
Meanwhile, during his stay with Pirates, the 25-year-old scored nine goals and provided one assist in 44 matches across all competitions.
