Southampton’s defeat of Premier League leaders Arsenal has reshaped the FA Cup picture, shifting the odds and giving Leeds United a fresh opening if they beat West Ham. According to yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk, bookmakers have overhauled the outright prices after the shock.

Manchester City reached the last four first on Saturday lunchtime, Erling Haaland scoring a hat-trick in a 4-0 win over Liverpool at the Etihad. Chelsea then swept past League Two strugglers Port Vale 7-0 at Stamford Bridge.

Arsenal were tipped to join them on Saturday night but hosts Southampton produced a 2-1 victory to dump the Gunners out.

Leeds visit Premier League rivals West Ham in a 4.30pm kick-off at the London Stadium on Sunday, with the winners completing the semi-final line-up.

If Daniel Farke’s side progress, they will have a one in three chance of drawing Championship opponents for a place in the final. A meeting with Southampton would also offer the chance to avenge May 2024’s Championship play-off final loss.

Revised outright odds now make Manchester City 3-4 favourites, in from 10-3, with Chelsea 3-1, in from 9-2. West Ham are 12-1, in from 16-1, Leeds 14-1, in from 20-1 and as short as 11s with some firms, and Southampton 20-1, in from 66-1.
