Two days before the Champions League play-off second leg against Monaco, Paris Saint-Germain had Monday off. Ousmane Dembélé and Fabian Ruiz continued their treatment at the Campus.
According to L'Équipe, unlike Senny Mayulu and Quentin Ndjantou, the forward and the midfielder have not yet been ruled out for Wednesday’s 21.00 kick-off, with a further assessment due on Tuesday.
In the first leg, which finished 3-2, Dembélé went off after 27 minutes with pain in his left calf. It followed a knock sustained at Rennes, a 1-3 at Rennes four days earlier.
Ruiz has not played since the 1-2 at Sporting in Lisbon on 20 January because of a left knee injury. He has resumed individual work in recent days.
PSG will train on Tuesday at 11.00, with a press conference to follow at around 13.00, where Désiré Doué is expected alongside Luis Enrique. The forward, replaced at half-time as a precaution in Saturday’s 3-0 win over Metz, no longer feels adductor pain.
