FC Porto liken Zaidu incident to Benfica and Sporting cases

The incident between Zaidu and Gustavo Sá, shortly before half-time, was among the most disputed moments of the match between FC Porto and Famalicão, with the Minho side believing there were grounds for a penalty and, consequently, for the Nigerian to be shown a second yellow card.

According to Portal dos Dragões, the Dragons believe internally that there have already been similar incidents this season involving rivals that were not punished by the refereeing team, namely in Benfica-Gil Vicente, in an incident involving Leandro Barreiro, and in Estoril-Sporting, with Maxi Araújo at the centre of the controversy.
