Fenerbahçe ‘to move for’ Crystal Palace winger Ismaïla Sarr as wide search intensifies | OneFootball

Fenerbahçe are stepping up plans to strengthen their wings, with Crystal Palace’s Ismaïla Sarr identified as a leading target, according to Fanatik.

Initial conversations were held over AC Milan forward Rafael Leão, and Sarr has been lined up as the main alternative if those talks stall.

Head coach İsmail Kartal is understood to have approved the 28-year-old Senegal international, valuing his pace, direct running and ability to play across the frontline.

Sarr typically plays on the right but can feature on the left, behind the striker or as a second forward. He is valued at around €45 million and is under contract at Palace until June 2029. Manchester United are also monitoring his situation.

His appeal has been boosted by form with Senegal, notably at the 2026 FIFA World Cup where he recorded four goals and two assists in four matches. Fenerbahçe are keeping dialogue open with Palace and are weighing an opening offer before the window closes.
