Fiorentina are reportedly weighing a move to bring defender Diego Coppola back to Serie A after limited playing time at Brighton and Hove Albion.
Sky Sport Italia reports that the Viola have expressed interest in a loan with an option to buy.

Talks are at a very early stage, and could develop as the January transfer window progresses.
The 22-year-old was considered one of Italy’s bright prospects and earned two senior caps in the summer of 2025.
That helped secure his €11m move from Hellas Verona to the Premier League.
Since joining, he has delivered two assists in nine competitive appearances, starting six of those games.
Only two were Premier League starts, and he has not featured in the last three top flight fixtures.
