Five French police officers will be in Budapest for the Champions League final between PSG and Arsenal on 30 May at the Puskas Aréna, with kick-off at 18:00.
According to L'Équipe, four are from the Préfecture de police and one from the Division nationale de lutte contre le hooliganisme (DNLH). They will be in the city across the match weekend.
Their task will be to relay information on French supporters to the local authorities.
Large numbers of fans from France will travel to Hungary for the game.
A collaboration between police from the clubs' countries and the host nation is planned, a standard measure for events of this kind.
