Flamengo sell 50,000-plus tickets for Recopa decider against Lanús at Maracanã | OneFootball

Flamengo said on Thursday evening, hours before the first leg against Lanús in Argentina, that more than 50,000 tickets have already been sold for next week’s decisive Recopa Sudamericana second leg at the Maracanã, which kicks off at 21:30 Brasília time.

Despite supporter criticism of prices ranging from R$ 300 to R$ 1,500 for full-price tickets, most of the roughly 70,000 allocation has been sold with a week to go.

Sales were restricted to club members until Wednesday, then opened to the general public on Thursday.

Tickets for Flamengo fans are available exclusively via ingressos.flamengo.com.br, and supporters must register facial biometrics at biometria.flamengo.com.br. Existing registrations do not need to be redone.

Stadium access will be through the registered facial biometrics, and each attendee must also present an original photo ID on entry.
