Marcus Thuram will reportedly start for Inter Milan against Fluminense, whilst Francesco Pio Esposito is targeting a return for the quarterfinals.
This according to Italian broadcaster SportMediaset, via FCInterNews. They also report that midfielder Davide Frattesi will be back fit and available for the Club World Cup round of sixteen clash.
Tomorrow’s match will determine which team advances to the quarterfinal. There, they will face the winner of tomorrow’s other round of sixteen match between Manchester City and Al-Hilal.
Nerazzurri coach Cristian Chivu had reportedly planned to start Francesco Pio Esposito in attack once again. This after the 20-year-old’s star turn against River Plate last week.

According to SportMediaset, Pio Esposito will undergo medical tests tomorrow.
However, it looks very unlikely that the 20-year-old will be available against Fluminense.
On the other hand, Mediaset report, Thuram is back. The Frenchman has made a return to full training today.
Therefore, Marcus Thuram should be ready to start against Brazilian giants Fluminense.
On the other hand, the hope will be that Pio Esposito will be available for the quarterfinals against Manchester City or Al-Hilal, provided Inter make it that far.
Meanwhile, Mediaset report, Inter coach Chivu will also be able to count on the availability of midfielder Davide Frattesi, who is back from injury.
