Froholdt adds young player of the month award to best midfielder honour

After receiving the award for the best midfielder for the month of August, Victor Froholdt was also elected as the best young player of the League during that period.

The FC Porto footballer was the most voted, gathering 34.93 percent of the preferences of the championship coaches.

Froholdt started in the four victories of FC Porto in the first four rounds of the League, in which he scored one goal and registered two assists.

The Danish international surpassed the competition from his teammate William Gomes (14.29 percent) and Pablo (Gil Vicente), who obtained 13.49 percent of the votes.
