The Daily Mail reports that Fulham are weighing up a summer approach for Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Malik Tillman, less than a year after he joined.
The London club are said to be exploring a move before the World Cup, wary that a strong showing by the US international could raise his valuation.
Tillman has emerged as a possible successor to Harry Wilson, whose contract situation remains unresolved. Wilson has been linked with Everton, Aston Villa and Crystal Palace, prompting Fulham to assess alternatives.
Leverkusen signed Tillman from PSV Eindhoven for 35 million last summer, tying him to a contract until 2030. The attacking midfielder has made 36 appearances, registering eight goals and one assist.
With competition for places intensifying under Kasper Hjulmand, the 23-year-old has not always been a guaranteed starter, which could make a summer move more plausible.
