Gabi Zanotti is the current top scorer in the Brasileirão with six goals and was decisive again in Corinthians’ 1-0 win over Juventude.
According to Meu Timao, the forward remains the club’s standout in ESPN’s Bola de Prata, is in the competition’s selection, and leads the race for the Bola de Ouro, the main prize.
This edition keeps the same evaluation model, combining 60% ratings from ESPN journalists and analysts who watch the matches with 40% from the DataESPN algorithm, which weighs more than 100 metrics such as goals, assists, saves and cards. The final selection can include at most three players per position from midfield onwards, based on the leading averages in each area.
Andressa Alves has been replaced by Júlia Bianchi, Letícia Monteiro has been overtaken by Brena in midfield, and Jaqueline has made way for Tainá Maranhão in the other attacking slot.
Corinthians traditionally excel in the Bola de Prata. In 2025, six players made the team of the competition, with Mariza and Thaís Ferreira named as the best centre-backs, Gi Fernandes as best right-back, Vic Albuquerque and Gabi Zanotti in midfield, and Jhonson among the forwards. Lucas Piccinato was best coach, Zanotti took the Bola de Ouro, and Jhonson won the revelation award.
Adriana won the Bola de Ouro in 2022 and Vic Albuquerque in 2024, while the best coach trophy has been dominated by Timão, with Piccinato in 2024 and Arthur Elias in 2021, 2022 and 2023.
