Gabriel Paulista has been voted Corinthians' best signing of the first half of 2026 by supporters.

According to Meu Timao, 121 people took part in a Monday poll to choose the club's standout addition. Corinthians confirmed seven new signings earlier in 2026.

Paulista led with 46.3 per cent, ahead of Kaio César on 40.5 per cent. Zakaria Labyad received 7.4 per cent, Jesse Lingard 5.0 per cent, and Matheus Pereira 0.8 per cent, while Allan did not register a vote.

That verdict has been mirrored on the pitch. The defender is an undisputed starter for Fernando Diniz, with Kaio César increasingly trusted from the start.

Right-back Pedro Milans arrived on a free to compete for the role, but Matheuzinho's form has limited his minutes to seven appearances, all starts, with no goals or assists.

Players are now on holiday before training resumes. Corinthians will return on 12 July to face Cascavel in a friendly at Estádio Olímpico Regional in Paraná. Official action is scheduled for 22 July, when they should host Remo at Neo Química Arena in the Campeonato Brasileiro.
