Following the conclusion of the 2025/26 campaign, the curtain fell on both the defender and the midfielder’s time at Manchester City.

The iconic Blues duo started in our final day clash with Aston Villa at the Etihad Stadium which saw them finish with a combined tally of 754 appearances between them in sky blue.

Since Stones’ arrival in the summer of 2016 and Bernardo’s a year later, they were integral to the sparkling success under Pep Guardiola - helping City to 20 major honours during 10 years under the Catalan.

In celebration of the pair’s time at the Etihad Stadium, both were photographed with those trophies before giving separate interviews.
