AC Milan and Inter will renew hostilities again tonight as they face each other in the final of the Supercoppa Italiana for the second time in three editions.

It will be just his second game in charge, but Sergio Conceicao can get his first Milan trophy under his belt. The Rossoneri came from behind to beat Juventus 2-1 to qualify, while the Nerazzurri ran out 2-0 victors over Atalanta in the other semi-final.

Unsurprisingly, the newspapers are dominated by the derby that will take place this evening, a chance for the first trophy of the season.

La Gazzetta dello Sport: “Derby fit for a king. The Epiphany brings the Supercoppa. What a finale: Inter the favourites, but Milan know how to hurt. Cup specialists Inzaghi and Conceicao. Lautaro with Taremi, Leao starts on the bench.”

Corriere dello Sport: “Massive Derby. Inter-Milan and Inzaghi-Conceicao. Simone looking for his fourth consecutive victory, he can become the most successful Nerazzurri coach in history in terms of trophies along with Mancini and Herrera. ‘Sergio and I both had Eriksson as a teacher’. Lautaro plays with Taremi, Pulisic off Morata’s shoulder.”

Tuttosport: “Inzaghi, all in on Lautaro, Conceicao warms up Leao. A derby of tension in Riyadh. As well as Thuram, Correa also misses out: Nerazzurri attack halved. Rafa temptation for the Rossoneri coach, as he has recovered.”

QS: “Arabian derby in the search for gold. At 20:00 in Riyadh Inter-Milan for the Supercoppa Italiana.”
