Yann Gboho struck twice as Toulouse won 3-0 at Paris FC. According to L'Équipe, Gboho was outstanding while Otavio endured a nervy night.
Otavio’s distribution faltered with misplaced passes on 12, 13 and 23 minutes. Gboho’s cross then gave Santiago Hidalgo a sight of goal on 13 minutes, only for Hamari Traoré to intervene. Djibril Sidibé saw his penalty saved by Kevin Trapp on 19 minutes after Traoré’s handball, before Hidalgo broke through on 29 minutes from Sidibé’s centre.
Gboho doubled the lead on 37 minutes, exploiting the space Paris FC afforded him. Moustapha Mbow’s first half was ragged and he was overpowered by Dayann Methalie on 41 minutes. Methalie was booked on 45 minutes for a crude foul on playmaker Kebbal.
Hamari Traoré went off for Sangui on 52 minutes, with Hidalgo and Methalie replaced by Magri and Kamanzi on 63 minutes. Gboho added his second on 69 minutes from another Sidibé assist, his first Ligue 1 brace taking his total to five.
Sidibé and Gboho made way for Edjouma and Vignolo on 84 minutes. Otavio was booked on 89 minutes.
