Getafe ‘reach verbal agreement’ for Martín Satriano, complicating Valencia pursuit | OneFootball

Getafe are moving for Martín Satriano and are said to have a verbal agreement with Lyon for the striker’s arrival, according to Matteo Moretto.

Satriano had been explored by Valencia as a forward option, Marca reported, but that avenue has not taken shape and more clubs are now in the chase.

Valencia, working within Fair Play limits, have so far added only Umar Sadiq and still have business to conduct in this window.

In defence, Dutch centre-back Justin De Haas of Famalicao is viewed as a realistic option to strengthen the position, with his name on Ron Gourlay’s winter list.

Getafe face Valencia in the next LaLiga round, though they may be without any reinforcements. That could include Satriano, if finalised, and Chimy Ávila, a deal agreed but currently parked due to Fair Play constraints that are preventing LaLiga from approving new registrations.
