Simply unstoppable!
In a match full of remarkable, late drama, Dominik Szoboszlai might still have produced the highlight of the evening after his stunning free-kick gave Liverpool the lead against Manchester City.
Following a frenetic, albeit scoreless, first 70 minutes, Szoboszlai stepped up and fired a dipping free-kick in off the right post, leaving Gianluigi Donnarumma motionless and stunned.
The Hungary international has made a habit of scoring from set-pieces for Liverpool this season. Most notably, Szoboszlai scored a similarly masterful free-kick that sealed a 1-0 win against Arsenal back in August.
Against Man City, however, his free-kick heroics were cancelled out by one of the most dramatic endings to a Premier League match we've ever seen. Amid all of the chaos, Szoboszlai was sent off in stoppage-time following a retroactive VAR review.
In spite of the result, you have to wonder where Szoboszlai's wonder strike ranks among the best PL free-kick goals of all time... let us know in the comments!
