Grêmio’s 2026 squad, led by Luís Castro, is set for adjustments as the club targets selective additions. The team will play the Gauchão, Campeonato Brasileiro, Copa do Brasil and Copa Sul-Americana.

According to Globo.com, with two weeks left in the year, five senior players see their deals expire at year-end, while most are contracted at least through 2026.

Among the regulars, Tiago Volpi, Marcos Rocha, Noriega and Kannemann are contracted to 2026 or beyond. Dodi and Edenilson run to 2026, Willian to December 2026 with an extra-year option. Arthur is on loan from Juventus until June 2026 with scope to extend to December, Marlon will be bought from Cruzeiro to sign until end of 2028, and Alysson is tied to 2029 with a sale to Aston Villa in progress.

Used reserves include Gabriel Grando, contracted to October 2026, Gustavo Martins to 2027, Wagner Leonardo to 2028 and Lucas Esteves to 2027. Cuéllar, Cristaldo, Pavon, Amuzu and André Henrique all have deals to 2026, while Monsalve is tied to 2028.

Among those sidelined, Braithwaite is signed to 2027 and Balbuena to the end of June 2027. Cristian Olivera, João Pedro and Rodrigo Ely run to 2027, with Olivera carrying an extra-year option, and Villasanti to 2029.

From the academy and wider group, Jorge is signed to 2026, Thiago Beltrame and João Lucas to 2027, and Jemerson to the end of 2026. Enzo and Alex Santana are on loan until year-end, while Camilo and Riquelme run to 2027 and Aravena to 2028.
