Barcelona head coach Hansi Flick has on Sunday evening moved to reveal his delight with the ongoing excellence of one member of his midfield ranks.

The player in question? Pedri.

Youngster Pedri is for his part fresh off another superb showing in Barcelona colours.

Afforded a starting berth in the Blaugrana’s La Liga meeting with Real Sociedad, the 22-year-old dazzled once more from his middle of the park.

Nothing short of spectacular in possession, Pedri excelled in all aspects of the game, from dribbling to passing and beyond.

This ultimately culminated in the former Las Palmas talent being rewarded with the Man of the Match award.
