Hato, Caicedo And Guiu Get 8 | Chelsea Players Rated In Dominant Win Vs Charlton

Chelsea faced off against Charlton Athletic at the Valley earlier tonight as they hoped to secure a good result on the road in the FA Cup. The Blues made a bright start to the game and scored the opening goal in the first half injury-time when Jorrel Hato got his name on the scoresheet. The West London club went into the half-time break 1-0 up on the scoreline.
Tosin Adarabioyo doubled his team’s lead in the 50th minute before Miles Leaburn got a goal back for the home team just seven minutes later. Marc Guiu got his name on the scoresheet in the 62nd minute. Pedro Neto added another goal in injury time before Enzo Fernandez scored as well from the penalty spot as Chelsea cruised to a dominant 5-1 win at the Valley.

He made one good save at the back but failed to keep a clean sheet.
RB: Josh Acheampong – 8/10
Acheampong was a positive influence at both ends of the field.
CB: Benoit Badiashile – 7/10
He cleared the danger when he could and was tidy with his ball distribution.
CB: Tosin Adarabioyo – 8/10
Adarabioyo gave a good account of himself on the defensive end of the field and was a threat at the other end of the field.

LB: Jorrel Hato – 8/10
He came back to defend when needed and managed to give Chelsea the lead in the dying embers of the first half.
CM: Andrey Santos – 7/10
Santos got stuck in with some crunching tackles and made two good chances inside the Charlton half.
CM: Moises Caicedo – 8/10
He anchored the midfield with conviction and engineered some inviting chances in the final third.
RW: Jamie Gittens – 7/10
Gittens was a constant menace in the final third, but there was no goal for him.
CAM: Facundo Buonanotte – 8/10
He caught the eye at times and ended the game with an assist to his name.
LW: Alejandro Garnacho – 6.5/10
Garnacho managed to shine at times on the left flank and was replaced in the 84th minute.
ST: Marc Guiu – 8/10
He was a real handful for the opposition defenders and ended the game with a goal and an assist to his name.
Substitutes:
RW: Estevao – 7/10
He was a real menace on the right wing.
CM: Enzo Fernandez – 8/10
Fernandez made an immediate impact off the bench and managed to score from the penalty spot in injury time.
