An insight into the wage demands of Bayern Munich star and reported Barcelona transfer target Harry Kane has this weekend come to the fore online.
This comes amid confirmation that, in the case of departing Germany, the Englishman would be expected to demand around €25 million-per-season.
And as per a report from Fichajes, this ‘would not be an insurmountable barrier for Barcelona, even more so if it is structured with amortization and bonuses’.
The reigning Spanish champions are understood to have earmarked Kane as the ideal replacement for the departing Robert Lewandowski, ahead of the expiration fo the latter’s contract next summer.
Despite his advancing years (32), Kane has continued to perform at nothing short of an exceptional level this season, making clear that he still has plenty to give at the top level of the game.
All told, across all competitions for club and country in 2025/26, the prolific hitman has found the net a staggering 28 times.
Barcelona, in turn, could move to take advantage of a clause in Kane’s contract to table a big-money offer for his signature next summer.
