Notts County and Salford City meet on Monday in the League Two play-off final.
The EFL play-off finals are upon us, with the three games set to provide plenty of drama, tension and excitement as clubs battle it out to win promotion.
In League Two, Notts County face Salford at Wembley, with the winners knowing they will be playing against the likes of Leicester City and Sheffield Wednesday in the third tier of English football.
So, there’s so much on the line, and the League Two final promises to be a real battle. The two clubs were separated by just one point over 46 games, with Notts County overcoming Chesterfield by a single goal over two legs, and it was the same tight margin for Salford against Grimsby, who needed extra time after 180 minutes.

What has made League Two so exciting this season is the unpredictability of the division, but many observers would’ve expected Notts County and Salford to be in the mix for promotion.
The Magpies fell at the play-off semi-final stage last season, with Salford missing out on the top seven by just a single point.
Therefore, the challenge for both clubs was to kick-on, and one of them will achieve their objective by winning promotion come Monday evening.
Ahead of the game, everything between the two clubs will be analysed, and when it comes to the respective wage bills between Notts County and The Ammies, there’s not much between them.
Whilst we must stress these figures are only estimates provided by Salary Sport, they claim the East Midlands outfit have an annual wage bill of just over £3.6m, which works out at £69,820 a week.
Meanwhile, Salford’s estimated wage bill is under £3.8m a year, which is £73,020 a week, so there’s not much between the two clubs in terms of what they pay.
Following on from that, everything suggests that this should be a very close game, although Salford will feel they have a slight edge, having done the double over Notts County in the regular season.
They won 2-1 at Meadow Lane way back in August, in just the second game of the season, and it was the same scoreline in favour of Salford on their own turf when the sides met last month.

That was quite an incredible game, with Karl Robinson’s side taking the lead in stoppage time, only for Notts County to equalise, before Salford still managed to win it in the 96th minute.
So, Notts County will be hoping that it’s a case of third time lucky against Salford this season, and in Alassana Jatta they have a player who has delivered this season, with the striker having found the net 15 times, although he hasn’t scored since March.
As for Salford, Daniel Udoh has hit double figures this season, which included netting in the semi-final against Grimsby, so he will hope to have a big role to play at Wembley in what is a huge game for both clubs after a long, demanding season.
