Gunners bid to pull further clear of Manchester City in title race
Arsenal bid to re-establish a seven-point lead at the top of the Premier League when they play Wolves at Molineux.
Manchester City have closed to within four points of the Gunners after their 2-2 draw at Brentford last Thursday but Mikel Arteta’s side have a good chance to get back to winning ways.
In a game that has been brought forward because of the Carabao Cup final, Arsenal face a Wolves side who are 18 points from safety at the bottom of the table and look doomed for relegation.
Wolves have picked up under Rob Edwards but they have still managed only one win all season and Arsenal should cruise to victory as they continue to compete on four fronts.
Arsenal beat League One side Wigan 4-0 in the FA Cup on Sunday and the trip to Wolves comes ahead of the north London derby at Tottenham on Sunday, so is the first of two big away games this week.
