Gunners face the all-conquering Barca in Lisbon tonight

Arsenal face another date with destiny tonight as they look to upset the odds and beat Barcelona in the Women's Champions League final.

Barcelona are the best team on the continent as they look to win a third successive European crown, and a fourth in five seasons, as they face the Gunners in Lisbon tonight.

Arsenal are looking for their second European title. Speaking ahead of the game, defender Leah Williamson said of Barca: "We respect them a lot, but it's a final, so everybody turns up and everybody gives their best."

Arsenal remain the only English team to to win the biggest title in women's club football, and produced one of the biggest shocks in recent history by beating eight-title winners Lyon 5-3 across two semi-final legs.

Head coach Renée Slegers has called her on her to perform more "magic" in the final. She said: "The persistence of the team and the (fact we) keep on believing, that's been key for us."
