Hugo Larsson ‘to seek’ summer move from Eintracht Frankfurt

Hugo Larsson is exploring a summer exit from Eintracht Frankfurt, with a move already being worked on in the background, Bild claims.

Asked about his future, the 21-year-old said: "I'm curious to try something new."

The report adds that after a dip in form this season, a fee of €40m would now be seen as a good deal for the Sweden international, whereas previously Markus Krösche could have demanded far more.

Larsson has struggled to match his earlier Frankfurt form, and the club have also had issues off the pitch. This season he has made 29 appearances, scoring once and providing three assists. Illnesses have affected his availability.

He has also been linked with a move to England in the past as he looks to take the next step in his career.
