"I'm delighted that a good friend is coming to Munich" – Bischof on Aséko's Bayern return | OneFootball

Bayern Munich midfielder Tom Bischof has spoken highly of Noël Aséko Nkili returning to the Bavarian club in the summer. 

“Aséko is a fantastic guy whom I've known for a long time through the national team," Bischof said, in an interview with BILD.

"I'm delighted that a good friend is coming to Munich. Aséko has developed tremendously and has made big steps at Hannover.

“He plays a bit more offensively now and does it very well. He has the qualities to play for Bayern,” he added. 

When asked about helping Aséko to find an apartment when he returns to Munich, Bischof extended an offer to the youngster. 

“He's welcome to stay with me two or three days a week [laughs]. Why not more? I think my mother, who's often at my place too, would object.

“She wouldn't be entirely happy about that. But I do have a bed for him,” the 20-year-old said, with a wry smile etched on his face.
