This explosion in form is directly linked to increased trust from the manager. In 2024, Ferran started only 11 league games, accumulating 993 minutes.

In 2025, those numbers jumped significantly: he started 19 of the 36 matches, racking up 1,671 minutes – a 68.3% increase in playing time compared to the previous year.

Several factors have fueled this rise. Crucially, Ferran has transitioned from the wing to a more central role, often operating as a striker.

With Lewandowski’s role diminishing, Ferran has stepped into the void, seizing the opportunity with outstanding performances in key matches.
