Inter are likely done acquiring new players without parting ways with some of their own. They are shopping Mehdi Taremi and would like to replace him with a different type of attacker, an inventive no.10, La Gazzetta dello Sport informs.
Fulham, Besiktas, and a Qatari club have shown interest. The Nerazzurri don’t ask for much. They signed him for free, and his exit would save them €6M gross. They don’t have age-related preclusions, but the newcomer probably won’t be a total gamble.
Inter had the chance to acquire Marco Asensio, but he’s most likely headed to Fenerbahce, which acted more quickly. Despite some new chatter about Nico Paz, Como plan to keep him after Real Madrid decided not to activate their €9M release clause, Fabrizio Romano reports (via SOSFanta). Los Galacticos will have the same faculty for the next two years too. Moreover, a sale to other teams goes through them too, because they are owed 50 percent of the fee.
Per Calciomercato, João Felix was offered to the Nerazzurri by Jorge Mendes, but they aren’t interested. Christopher Nkunku could depart Chelsea, but he’s too expensive. The Italian sides’ front office likes Arda Guler, but Xabi Alonso is high on him.
Andrea Colpani, who’s back at Monza, and Red Star Belgrade’s Andrija Maksimovic could be cheaper fallbacks, Calciomercato informs. They have been keeping an eye on Brighton’s Julio Cesar Enciso in recent campaigns, TuttoSport relays.
They have been missing a change-of-pace guy for a few years, and Christian Chivu has had decent success with 3-4-1-2 at Parma. It could even become a permanent solution if Hakan Calhanoglu left. If they can’t find the right guy, Davide Frattesi has done pretty well in that role with Italy.
