Inter Miami are in the midst of a massive off-season retooling program, as the Herons officially completed their free agent move for Canadian international goalkeeper Dayne St. Clair.

The Herons can look forward to St. Clair between the posts in South Florida through the upcoming 2026 MLS season, with an option to extend his contract another year.
After establishing himself as one of the top shot-stoppers in the league en route to banking 2025 MLS Goalkeeper of the Year honors, the 28-year-old became one of the top free agents after his terms with Minnesota United came to an end.
A key cog in the Loons' wheel at Allianz Field over the last six seasons, the Ontario native led by example in the 2025 season, helping Minnesota finish fourth in the Western Conference before the club made a run into the conference semi-finals of MLS Cup.

His inclusion in this Inter Miami side is a show of force from the reigning MLS Cup holders, who are looking to kick-start their new era at Miami Freedom Park.
St. Clair joins a busy summer for Javier Mascherano's side, who have also signed ex-Tottenham Hotspur and Real Madrid left back Sergio Reguilón and Argentine defender Facundo Mura, while also inking permanent terms with Rodrigo De Paul and re-signing Luis Suárez.
