Inter have three more matches to go before the November international break.

First, there is this weekend. Tomorrow evening, Inter take on Venezia in Serie A.

Then, the Nerazzurri face Premier League giants Arsenal in the Champions League. On paper that is perhaps their toughest match remaining in the “league phase” of the competition.

Lastly, Inter are back in action in the league. And it is a huge match to sign off before the break – they face league leaders Napoli next Sunday.

There is still a long way to go in the season, but with Inter and Napoli currently second and first in the table respectively, there is a sense that next weekend could be decisive for the title race.

While Inter will not be underestimating the difficulty of tomorrow’s match, there is little doubt that the following two will be the ones that should pose bigger problems.

One boost for Inter in this upcoming run of fixtures is that all three matches are at home for them.

The Nerazzurri will play in front of their fans at the San Siro three times in the space of week.

That can certainly be a boost against Venezia.

Facing smaller sides like the Lagunari can always be tough away from home at their own stadiums. But at the San Siro, Inter can hope to enjoy an extra intimidation factor.

Then, the Nerazzurri will be hoping that it is the same against Arsenal and Napoli.

Inter will need all the help they can get facing two such difficult matches in the space of just a few days.

But there is little doubt that the Nerazzurri supporters will be up for it.

And that could be just what’s required to push Inter to get a couple of massive results for their season.
