Chelsea are open to the sale of the academy graduate, if their valuation is met, as the West Londoners look to raise funds for new head coach, Xabi Alonso.

Negotiations between Chalobah's camp and Inter are underway over personal terms, according toFabrizio Romano. There is also rival interest from Como, who had an offer of around £21m rejected earlier in the transfer window. Chelsea value Chalobah at closer £30m.

The 26-year-old is currently with the England squad at the 2026 World Cup in North America, as the Three Lions prepare for their last-16 clash with co-hosts Mexico.

Transfer negotiations are being handled by Chalobah's agents, with the defender having given the green light to a move toSerie A.

The centre-back has been with Chelsea since the age of eight and has made 151 first-team appearances for the Blues.

Inter are hoping to make Chalobah their third summer signing. The Nerazzurri have made Manuel Akanji's loan from Manchester City permanent, while re-signing Aleksandar Stankovic from Club Brugge. The latter is the son of former Inter midfielder Dejan Stanković.
