Inter Milan continue to intensify their scouting work with an eye on next season, with Ebenezer Akinsanmiro and Tiago Gabriel scouted in Lecce’s win over Pisa.
According to FCInterNews, a Nerazzurri scout was present last night at the Via del Mare to watch Lecce’s 1-0 victory over Pisa.
Indeed, focusing on two young prospects currently on the club’s radar.
One of the players closely monitored was Ebenezer Akinsanmiro, the Nigerian midfielder currently on loan to Pisa with an option to buy.
It has been a difficult campaign overall for Alberto Gilardino’s side.
However, the 2004-born midfielder has been one of the few consistent bright spots.
Inter are understood to be very satisfied with his development, particularly his physical growth, tactical awareness, and maturity in midfield.

Akinsanmiro’s progress has not gone unnoticed.
Therefore, he is now being seriously considered as a potential option for Inter’s future plans.
His upcoming participation in the Africa Cup of Nations with Nigeria will represent another important test in his development pathway.
Also under observation was Lecce centre-back Tiago Gabriel.
The young defender delivered a strong performance against Pisa and was among the best players on the pitch.
Inter have already placed him on a shortlist of defensive profiles being evaluated to rejuvenate the back line next season.
His composure, reading of the game, and physical presence continue to generate positive reports.
