Federico Dimarco, Francesco Pio Esposito, and Nicolo Barella demonstrated their class as Italy cruised to another dominant win last night.
According to Corriere dello Sport via FCInterNews, the Inter Milan trio shone in the Azzurri’s 3-0 home win in their latest FIFA World Cup qualifier.
New manager Gennaro Gattuso continues to string victories after taking Luciano Spalletti’s spot in the dugout.
Last night’s triumph helped the Azzurri stay within a three-point distance of Group I pacesetters Norway.
Furthermore, it was Italy’s fourth consecutive win since Gattuso took charge in September.

Nicolo Barella offered another energetic performance in the middle of the field.
Despite failing to get on the board, the former Cagliari star was the beating heart of Italy’s midfield.
Meanwhile, Federico Dimarco was unplayable on the left wing, proving too hot to handle for his markers.
Moreover, the 27-year-old made a late assist for Gianluca Mancini to cap off Italy’s overwhelming victory.
