The Brazilian was acquired with high hopes for his versatility, speed, dribbling, and attacking output, but the article notes that his contribution has been minimal, leaving the club disappointed.

The poor performance might lead to Inter loaning him out, possibly as early as January, to help him recover his form and protect his significant transfer fee (over €23 million plus bonuses). This move is necessary to create the required roster space to make a move for Norton-Cuffy.

Napoli hhve already shown more concrete interest in the wing-back, with a bid already rejected by Genoa, underscoring the player’s rising stock.
