Milan approach the Derby della Madonnina against Inter with almost a full squad available to Massimiliano Allegri. The international break brought no new injuries, a welcome change after last month’s setback-filled pause, and two key players are back in contention.

Adrien Rabiot and Christian Pulisic have both recovered, according to the latest reports from Tuttosport, giving Allegri important options in midfield and attack. Pulisic is fully fit and expected to start alongside Rafael Leão, marking the first time the pair will feature together from the opening whistle under Allegri.

Gimenez the only main absence for Milan ahead of derby

The only major absence remains Santi Giménez, who continues to train separately from the group as he works through a muscular issue. His presence in the squad for the derby is considered unlikely at this stage, with Milan opting for caution.

Rabiot’s playing time will be assessed closer to matchday, although the Frenchman has already been training with the rest of the team for several days and is trending positively.

With Pulisic back, Leão fit and Rabiot close to full capacity, Allegri will have most of his core available for Sunday.
