Simone Inzaghi has given reassuring signs on his future at Inter Milan ahead of the Champions League final against PSG.
This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, via FCInterNews. They report that the Nerazzurri President is not likely to join Al-Hilal despite rumours.
There have been a number of reports in recent weeks suggesting that Simone Inzaghi could leave Inter Milan.
Al-Hilal are keen on bringing the 49-year-old. To this end, they’ve reportedly made him an absolutely gargantuan financial offer.
However, Inter certainly want to keep Inzaghi at the helm. They will look to secure their coach’s future with a new contract this summer.

The timing of these rumours has not been altogether welcome for Inter. The Nerazzurri certainly don’t want any distractions from the Champions League final against Paris Saint-Germain.
That match is today. And whatever the result, Inter will look to sort out Inzaghi’s future very soon.
Tuttosport anticipate that there will be a crucial summit between the Nerazzurri club directors and their coach either on Monday or Tuesday.
There has even been a worry that Inzaghi could decide to leave if Inter win this evening’s final.
That would not be dissimilar to the exit of Jose Mourinho, who left the Nerazzurri on a high note after completing the European Treble in 2010.
However, as Tuttosport note, Mourinho left to join Real Madrid. Al-Hilal would not be a similar situation.
Behind the scenes, the newspaper report, things are calm. Inter have been quietly giving Inzaghi the reassurances that he want.
Apart from increased wages, the former Lazio coach will want guarantees in the transfer market.
All of this will be for Inter to deal with in the aftermath of this evening’s final. However, Tuttosport report, the signs are positive and the mood is calm regarding the future.
