A bridge to the future, to consolidate the present and shape the football of tomorrow. Yesterday, Saturday 16 May 2026, the Allianz Training Centre in Vinovo reopened its doors for the J Women’s Networking Day, now in its second edition. Following last year’s debut, the event has established itself as a crucial milestone for the movement: a forum for discussion and networking among clubs, created with the aim of reviewing the results of a sporting season that is drawing to a close. But that’s not all. The focus has always been on developing young Bianconeri players on loan and strengthening partnerships with participating clubs, which are poised to become the ideal springboard into professional football for girls completing their journey through the Youth Academy.
Following the success of the inaugural edition, the 2026 event broadened its scope, attracting participation from all Serie B clubs and around ten foreign clubs from across Europe, underlining Juventus’ commitment to strengthening strategic relationships both nationally and internationally. Hosting the event on behalf of our Club was the management of the women’s division – with Stefano Braghin (Women’s Football Director), Massimiliano Mazzetta (Deputy Women’s Football Director), Carola Coppo (Head of Women’s Academy) and Andrea Giannarelli (Head of Women’s Scouting) – who, in addition to leading the working groups, accompanied the guests to watch the Italian Cup Primavera Women’s semi-final between Juventus Women U19 and Roma.
The thoughts of Stefano Braghin:
“This is one of the few occasions when we have the chance to network with various clubs: such events are still rare, but I hope they will become increasingly frequent as an opportunity for growth and exchange between different sporting and corporate organisations. Last season, we launched the first edition, and we’re delighted to be here again; our aim is to continue along this path in the future.
"This can open up great opportunities for growth for the young Bianconeri players, as the excellent work done so far already demonstrates: several of the girls, having returned from loan spells, are now part of our First Team squad, and I am certain that, by continuing along this path, there will be more and more opportunities of this kind.
"The event concluded on a highly positive note, a success that reaffirms Juventus’ central role in the growth of women’s football’s legacy and reinforces its vision, as always, looking towards the future."
