Jamie Vardy has chosen his shirt number at his new club Cremonese, but will not wear the iconic no.9 shirt that he wore for 13 years with Leicester City.
The veteran Englishman, who joined newly-promoted Serie A side Cremonese as a free agent on the final day of the summer transfer window, will wear the no.10 shirt during his first season in Italy.
The no.9 shirt, which Vardy wore for 13 years at the King Power Stadium, is currently occupied by Manuel De Luca at Cremonese.

Cremonese have also confirmed the shirt number choices for all of their recent new additions: Faris Moumbagna will wear the no.14, Jeremy Sarmiento will wear the no.19 and Mikayil Faye will wear the no.30.
Cremonese, who earned promotion via the Serie B play-offs last season, were one of the busiest Serie A sides in the summer transfer window.
On top of their headline signing of Vardy, La Cremo also brought in Federico Baschirotto, Jari Vandeputte, Antonio Sanabria, Giuseppe Pezzella, Andrea Fulignati and Marco Silvestri on permanent deals, and secured loans for Martin Payero, Warren Bondo, Filippo Terracciano, Faris Moumbagna, Alessio Zerbin, Jeremy Sarmiento, Mikayil Faye, Emil Audero and Romano Floriani Mussolini.
