Kilmarnock beat St Mirren 4-3 at Rugby Park to stay 11th in the Scottish Premiership.

Killian Phillips opened the scoring in the eighth minute, turning in Mikael Mandron's pass. Greg Kiltie levelled with a close-range header (43.). Tyreece John-Jules then put Kilmarnock ahead in the first minute of first half stoppage time.

After the restart, Kelle Roos saved from Roland Idowu (46.) before Phillips equalised again (47.).

After Joe Hugill's introduction, John-Jules struck twice more to seize control (76., 82.), the third finished from Robbie Deas' through ball.

Scott Tanser set up a tense finish with a left-footed strike in the third minute of second half stoppage time after Alex Gogic's touch from a corner.

Kilmarnock registered 20 attempts and nine corners, with 57.2% of the ball. St Mirren produced seven shots on target from 15 attempts.

Next, Kilmarnock host Celtic. St Mirren travel to Hibernian.
