Julian Ryerson’s Dortmund future is again under discussion, with Serie A emerging as the likelier next step. Absolut Fussball reports that the in-form wing-back views a move to Italy as more realistic and potentially more appealing than the Premier League.

The Norwegian international has delivered six assists in his last three games, sharpening interest around him.

Ryerson is settled in Dortmund and tied to a contract until 2028, so staying put remains possible.

After eight years in Germany, the 28-year-old may be tempted to test himself in a new league.

He joined BVB from Union Berlin for a reported €5 million in January 2023, and has since scored seven goals and provided 20 assists in 131 appearances for the Black and Yellows.
