The future of Robert Lewandowski at FC Barcelona is entering a decisive phase, with growing uncertainty surrounding his next move as his current contract approaches its expiry at the end of June.
The Polish striker has yet to respond to the renewal proposal presented by the Catalan club, and that delay has opened the door for interested parties to step in. Among them, Juventus have emerged as a serious contender, actively exploring the conditions of a potential deal.
According to reports from La Stampa, cited by Mundo Deportivo, a meeting is expected to take place in the coming days between Lewandowski’s agent, Pini Zahavi, and Juventus general manager Damien Comolli. The objective will be to assess the viability of a move to Turin and begin outlining the framework of a possible agreement.
Juventus are preparing for a significant reshuffle in attack. The future of Dusan Vlahovic remains uncertain as he nears the end of his contract, and even if he stays, the Italian side wants to reinforce their frontline with a proven and authoritative presence.
To strengthen their case, Juventus are reportedly considering a creatively structured offer that could include a two-year contract worth between €8–10 million per season, supplemented by performance-related bonuses. This proposal is designed to compete with financially stronger offers expected from clubs in Saudi Arabia and MLS.
For his part, Lewandowski remains comfortable in Barcelona on a personal level, but he has doubts regarding his sporting role and the economic terms being offered by the club. The proposed salary reduction and the possibility of a less prominent role in the squad have not fully convinced him so far.
With several options on the table and no final decision made yet, it remains to be seen how the situation will develop in the coming weeks, with the upcoming meeting between his agent and Juventus likely to be a key step in defining his future.
