Juventus are the latest club to emerge as a potential suitor for Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho. However, the Serie A side have left the door open for Paris Saint-Germain or any other club to swoop in because of the matter in which they want to pay.

Over the last few weeks, the Parisians have been linked to Sancho, but there’s some mixed reporting about PSG’s position in this race. It looks like they might be out, but still, anything can transpire in these last couple of days.

Juventus does reportedly have Sancho on their shortlist of targets to bolster their wing position. Nonetheless, CaughtOffside reports, citing sources, that a sticking point would appear to be the player’s salary.

According to the report, Juventus have entirely dismissed the prospect of paying 100 percent of Sancho’s current earnings, but talks are ongoing on this aspect.

Moreover, the information from CaughtOffside also reveals that the player is not happy with a hypothetical wage cut and has asked Manchester United to pay the residual part of his salary.

PSG are probably capable of paying his full salary; the question will be whether the capital club wants to revisit this file and make a last-minute push before the summer deadline.
